Y: Normal Bodies
Physical proximity. Of any kind.
A composed event that connects different manifestations of corporeality with concepts that disrupt bodily totality and normality. An event that both builds on and uses the body. An event where the bodies of the artists meet the bodies of the audience. An event where it is possible to move, to choose a direction and a point of view, or to touch (oneself)? Physical proximity has long been unsafe. After all, it is perfectly normal to have a body! A body of any kind!
Six hours-long body observation; an open invitation to interact (with oneself, as well with the others). Eleven artists and collectives opened their praxis to Theatre X10 and shared their personal or common perspectives on the main subject: a human matter.
