Having worked as a dramaturge in important studio theatres (Činoherní studio in Ústí nad Labem, HaDivadlo) and in the National Theatre, she began to produce her own independent projects. In 2013, she co-founded the Theatre X10 with the director Ewa Zembok and the actress Anna Císařovská. The theatre focuses on contemporary drama. Besides her own theatre practise, she devotes herself to the development of the independent theatre sector. In May 2016, she was elected the first vice-chairwoman of the newly-established Czech Association of Independent Theatre, a professional organisation assembling independent non-profit theatres which she helped create. Since 2021 she has been the chairwoman of the Czech Association of Independent Theatre.
